Step 2. Arrange a Private, Pre-Screening

Understanding You: After your first outreach, we’ll schedule a confidential conversation with one of our admissions staff. This gentle assessment is a chance for us to listen deeply, learn about your unique experiences, and design a personalized plan that feels right for your mental health and well-being.

Step 3. Insurance Support & Financial Clarity

Stress-Free Assistance: We work with a variety of insurance providers to help you access the care you need with confidence. Our supportive team will take care of verifying your insurance, walking you through your benefits, and discussing any costs in a clear, compassionate way... so you can focus on healing, not logistics.

Step 4. Welcoming You In

Smooth Transition: Once your pre-screen and insurance details are promptly completed, we’ll schedule your initial intake. The intake is scheduled with one of our licensed clinicians. During the intake, our clinical professionals will conduct an assessment and determine the best next step for the client and family. We recommend planning to be onsite with us for approximately an hour and a half.
